GlenAllachie 10 Years Old Cask Strength is a whisky matured for a minimum of 10 years in a combination of ex-bourbon American oak, ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry, ex-Oloroso sherry and virgin oak casks. Bottled at its natural strength of 56.8% abv, with no added colouring or chill filtration, it was produced in a limited run of 66,000 bottles.

The color is a deep gold. The nose is initially spicy, with notes of vanilla, cinnamon and malt, followed by toffee and subtle nuances of sherry. On the palate, the whisky is slightly dry, full-bodied and spicy, with hints of cinnamon, honey, vanilla, cloves, and a hint of sultanas and brown sugar. The finish is medium-long, with notes of citrus, dark chocolate, honey and a delicate hint of toasted oak.
