Malvasia DOC Organic​ of Monte delle Vigne it is a still organic white wine elegant and aromatic, obtained from aromatic Malvasia di Candia grapes , hand - picked and carefully selected . After fermentation at 18° C , it ages for 6 months in stainless steel , maintaining the freshness of the fruit and the aromatic finesse intact .

On the palate it is harmonious, fresh and soft , with a well -balanced flavour . and a floral vivacity which enhances its pleasantness .
The bouquet is broad and intense , with aromas of ripe apple , citrus notes and delicate hints of hawthorn .
