Massimo Lentsch Feudo di Mezzo Etna red DOC 2021

The 2021 Feudo di Mezzo Etna Rosso DOC is the most distinctive highland cru in the Massimo Lentsch range. The 100% Nerello Mascalese grapes come from a historic vineyard located in the heart of the Feudo di Mezzo district, approximately 650 meters above sea level on the northern slope of Etna, on sandy, volcanic soils rich in minerals.

This produces a deep, vertical red wine with a complex bouquet of berries, dark spices, graphite, and balsamic notes. On the palate, it's elegant and taut, with well-crafted tannins and a long, savory finish. A pure expression of the terroir, capable of expressing the austere and refined character of Etna at its most authentic.

Ideal with structured dishes, game, roasts, mushrooms and mature cheeses.
