Macchion dei Lupi Ex Temporaneo Costa Toscana Ansonica IGT 2021

Macchion dei Lupi's 2021 Ex-Temporaneo is made in Maremma, Tuscany, from 100% Ansonica grapes, grown organically and biodynamically. Vinified in terracotta amphorae with long maceration on the skins, it is a macerated white wine that combines ancient tradition with an innovative spirit.

In the glass, it appears an intense golden yellow, with aromas of yellow fruit, candied citrus, honey, and aromatic herbs, enriched with resinous and saline notes. The palate is structured yet fresh, with delicate tannins and a long, minerally finish.

Perfect with seafood dishes, mature cheeses, spiced white meats or ethnic cuisine, it should be served at 10–12 °C in large glasses, leaving it to oxygenate for a few minutes.
