Corvée Brut Classic Method Trento DOC

Corvée Brut is produced with fine Chardonnay grapes grown on the steep slopes of the Cembra Valley. It is fine and refined, with a broad and delicate aroma reminiscent of ripe fruit (quince, apricot and Spadone pear), custard and white chocolate. The light notes of almond and strudel and the delicate hints of dried fruit accompany a rich and persistent flavour.
