Egly-Ouriet, a family-run estate in Ambonnay (Montagne de Reims), produces high-quality Champagne with mainly Pinot Noir grapes, alongside Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. The vines, between 40 and 60 years old, are grown using sustainable agricultural practices. Under the guidance of Francis Egly, the estate produces cuvées that fully express the terroir, with a minimum of three years of aging and a minimum sugar dosage. Among the best-known labels are the Brut Tradition and the Blanc de Noirs "Les Vignes de Vrigny".
