Podere Ema Fogliatonda Toscana IGT 2020

Fogliatonda by Podere Ema is a Tuscan red wine that expresses the authenticity and tradition of the territory. Obtained from 100% Foglia Tonda grapes, an ancient native variety rediscovered for its oenological potential, this wine represents a tribute to the winemaking history of Tuscany.

The vinification and refinement take place in Impruneta terracotta amphorae, a choice that enhances the peculiarities of the vine and the terroir, giving the wine an elegant structure and a distinctive aromatic complexity. Fogliatonda presents itself with a brilliant ruby ​​red color, complex and elegant aromas, and a fine taste, of great gustatory depth, enriched by clear balsamic sensations.

With an alcohol content of approximately 14%, this wine pairs perfectly with all dishes of typical Tuscan cuisine, thanks to its versatility and balance. To fully appreciate its characteristics, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 16–18°C.
