Marco Sara's Schioppettino is a wine that combines the typical character of the Friulian grape, with notes of pepper and vegetal hints, with a pleasant smoothness and great drinkability.

This Schioppettino comes from pure grapes, grown on clay soils rich in marl and sandstone. The vinification involves spontaneous fermentation and a 20-day maceration in steel, followed by 12 months of refinement in barrique. The wine has an intense ruby ​​color and an aromatic bouquet of black pepper, currant and raspberry, with fresh and woody vegetal notes. On the palate, it is lean, dry and very smooth, with a perfect balance of freshness and flavor, favoring finesse over power.
