The Spy PR28 Valtellina Superiore DOCG 2020

The Valtellina Superiore PR28 DOCG from the La Spia Winery is born from vinification in steel with long maceration on the skins, followed by refinement for up to 24 months in large French oak barrels (10-30 HL) and a prolonged rest in the bottle.

Of a brilliant garnet red, it releases an enveloping bouquet with intense spicy notes and hints of red fruit. On the palate it stands out for its elegance, structure and decisive character, best expressing the soul of Nebbiolo grown in Valtellina.
