Girlan Pinot Bianco Platt & Riegl Alto Adige DOC 2023

The Pinot Bianco Platt & Riegl from Cantina Girlan is born from a careful selection of the best grapes grown in Oltradige, in Alto Adige, at an altitude of about 500 meters above sea level. This unique terroir gives the wine freshness, minerality and aromatic finesse.

Vinified partly in stainless steel and partly in large oak barrels, it matures on the lees for six months, developing complexity and depth. The result is a harmonious and versatile Pinot Bianco: fresh, immediate, but with delicate evolutionary nuances that surprise sip after sip.

Perfect as an alternative to bubbles for an aperitif, it pairs excellently with fish dishes, shellfish and Mediterranean cuisine. An elegant white, to be enjoyed on any occasion
