Pouilly Fumé Pur Sang comes from one of the most prestigious areas for the expression of Sauvignon Blanc, located in the eastern part of the Loire Valley, the third largest wine region in France, characterized by a cold climate that favors a slow ripening of the grapes. This process helps to preserve the acidity and enhance the aromatic characteristics of the grape variety.

Pouilly Fumé Pur Sang stands out for its aromatic bouquet that recalls white peach, elderflower and cassis. On the palate, it presents a vibrant mineral intensity, recalling the finesse of a Riesling. The finish is long, fresh and succulent, with notes of nettle, grapefruit and a delicate salty aftertaste of oysters.
