Marco Sara Monte della Guardia Friuli Eastern Hills DOC 2021

Monte della Guardia Friuli Colli Orientali DOC by Marco Sara, is a wine produced from a small vineyard of 0.5 hectares in Savorgano del Torre, with Friulano and Verduzzo Friulano grapes harvested manually at the end of September. The vines, between 20 and 60 years old, grow on clay soils at 175-300 m above sea level, with a southern exposure. The vinification takes place with indigenous yeasts and aging in barriques until spring 2019. With 13.5% alcohol and low sulfur, this wine offers remarkable freshness and complexity, with a limited production of 650 bottles.
