The Castelàsc Rosso 2022 from the La Spia winery is a perfect wine to accompany platters of cured meats and mature cheeses, as well as structured first courses and second courses of meat.

It presents itself with an intense ruby ​​red, embellished with garnet nuances. On the nose it releases elegant hints of red fruits, accompanied by delicate floral notes of violet and dog rose.
