Toison d'Or by Les Poëte is a smooth and enveloping Pinot Grigio, with a gourmand character and a vibrant tactile sensation. An original and perfectly successful wine! Vinified in white, it expresses a rich spicy tension, making it ideal to accompany fish dishes and white meats.

Produced from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes, it comes from a mosaic of soils: calcareous clay (St Roman), alluvial gravel and red sand on calcareous subsoil (Preuilly), and silty clay (Preuilly).

Viticulture follows organic and biodynamic principles, with constant attention to environmental balance, careful management of the soil and manual harvesting of the grapes.

On the nose it is discreet, with notes of pepper and mint. In the mouth it reveals energy and freshness, with a compact volume and a long and chewy finish.
