Dagueneau Les Jardins de Babylone Demi Sec 2017

Les Jardins de Babylone Jurançon Demi Sec 2020 is a white wine produced by Didier Dagueneau in the DO Jurançon. This extraordinary wine is made with a selection of 2/3 Petit Manseng and 1/3 Gros Manseng from the 2020 vintage, with an alcohol content of 10%.

Its pleasant residual sweetness is perfectly balanced by a lively acidity, which makes it ideal for pairing with tasty dishes. Piquant cheeses, fruit tarts or caramel tarts are the perfect accompaniment for a delicious after-dinner drink.

Fermentation takes place in wood, followed by a year of aging in barriques and 11 months in vats. The wine then rests in the bottle for 6 months, perfecting its structure and complexity.
