The Garda Egg Co. was born from Federica Bin's dream, a project that comes to life in a moment of change and return to nature. A new house surrounded by greenery, with large spaces, fresh woods and a view of Lake Garda inspired the desire to raise animals in an ethical and sustainable way.

The beginning of a dream: colored eggs of special breeds

The discovery of colored eggs, appreciated by chefs, pastry chefs and ice cream makers for their superior quality, ignited Federica's passion. Intrigued, she purchased a first selection of hens of fine breeds, giving life to a farm based on animal welfare and sustainability.

The Garda Egg Co. hens are raised on the ground and outdoors, in large spaces and fed with certified organic grains. The result? Gourmet eggs with a unique flavor, coming from an ethical and responsible breeding model.
