Dettori White Romangia IGP 2023

Dettori Bianco 2023 is a natural Sardinian wine of great expressiveness, born from the hills of Badde Nigolosu, in the heart of Romangia, where the vineyard dialogues with the wind, the light and the Mediterranean scrub. It presents itself with a luminous golden dress, anticipating a sip rich in matter and tension.

On the nose it is an aromatic balm that enchants: juniper, mastic, artemisia and fresh herbaceous notes, fused with a vibrant minerality. On the palate it strikes for its structure, freshness and depth, with a full and lively pulp, supported by a natural acidity that gives momentum and precision to the sip. It is a white that fills the eyes and nose, broad but never heavy, capable of surprising with every glass.

Vinified according to the principles of biodynamics, without clarification, filtration or added sulphites, Dettori Bianco is a pure expression of the territory, authentic and untamed.
