MARCOSARA

The Marco Sara Farm, located in Savorgnano del Torre (UD), produces wines in the Colli Orientali del Friuli following organic practices, although without certification. Founded in 1954 and now led by Marco Sara, it grows native varieties such as Picolit, Verduzzo, Friulano and Schioppettino on 8 hectares of vineyards. The winemaking takes place with natural methods, spontaneous fermentations and without synthetic chemicals. With an annual production of around 25,000 bottles, the company focuses on authentic and sustainable wines, an expression of the Friulian territory.
