The Spy ER64 Riserva Valtellina Superiore DOCG 2017

The Valtellina Superiore Riserva ER64 from the La Spia winery is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, carefully selected in the company's vineyards located between Berbenno and Poggiridenti.

The vinification takes place in steel, with a long maceration on the skins, followed by a 24-month refinement in 10 hl French oak barrels and a further 12 months in stainless steel in always full tanks.

Before reaching its maximum expression, it rests for at least another 12 months in the bottle, ensuring complexity and balance.
