The Il Molinaccio farm, located in Montepulciano, stands on the remains of an ancient mill already present in the cadastral maps with the name “Molinaccio”.
Guided by respect for the environment, it avoids herbicides and pesticides, favoring natural grassing and minimal treatments with sulfur and copper. The processes, including the harvest, are done by hand, with the future goal of eliminating diesel machinery.
In the cellar, the vinification takes place with natural temperature management, without commercial yeasts. The result is an authentic and wholesome wine, an expression of the Tuscan land.
