Salva Cremasco DOP is a premium soft, raw cheese made from select whole milk and aged for a minimum of 75 days. A typical Lombard cheesemaking tradition, it is a product with a strong connection to its territory, protected by the DOP label.

Its thin, smooth, washed rind is enriched with natural microflora that enhances its flavor. The compact, crumbly texture gradually softens under the rind as it ages, creating a complex, enveloping texture.

As it ages, the color elegantly varies from white to intense straw yellow, while the taste becomes increasingly decisive: aromatic, full, persistent, with lactic notes that combine with more robust and multifaceted aromas.
