The Mancini Rive di Focara Pinot Nero Colli Pesaresi DOC is a red wine of great elegance, produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown on the hills overlooking the Adriatic, in the Focara area , in the Marche. This territory has distinguished itself over the years for its ability to best express the characteristics of Pinot Noir , giving wines of personality , finesse and territorial identity . The vinification takes place according to tradition in red , followed by 12 months of refinement in barriques , which helps to develop aromatic complexity , structure and softness .

The quality and history of this wine led , in 2000, to the official recognition of the Colli Pesaresi DOC Focara Pinot Nero denomination , a testimony to the oenological value of the area. The " Rive" represents the most identifying selection of the Mancini winery : the grapes come exclusively from the Rive Monte vineyard and are vinified separately to enhance their uniqueness, precision and typicality. A refined Pinot Nero , perfect when paired with red meats , game, mature cheeses or as a meditation wine .
