The 2023 De Fermo Don Carlino Pecorino Colline Pescaresi IGT is a refined and complex white wine, a symbol of the organic and biodynamic philosophy of the De Fermo winery in Loreto Aprutino (Abruzzo). Made exclusively from pure Pecorino, it takes its name from the estate's founder and is one of the winery's most iconic labels.

It has an intense straw yellow color with golden highlights. On the nose, it offers a broad and complex bouquet, with notes of citrus, white flowers, aromatic herbs, and a pronounced minerality. On the palate, it is fresh, elegant, and structured, with a lively acidity that supports a long, persistent finish.
