Champagne Bauchets from Domaine Nowack is a Blanc de Noirs made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes harvested in 2019 from a vineyard of around 40 years old, located near the village of Vandières. Vinification takes place in fût de chêne, with fermentation and aging on its lees for over 40 months. This rare and rich Extra Brut Champagne is characterized by a unique complexity that makes it a distinctive example of Blanc de Noirs.
