March Cellars DIDYMOS Greco di Tufo DOCG Riserva 2021

The 2021 Didymos is a rare and precious single-varietal Greco di Tufo DOCG Riserva: only 800 bottles are produced from a single 600-liter terracotta amphora. The grapes, hand-harvested in late October, ferment and macerate on the skins for a month, then age for 12 months on the fine lees and 30 months in the bottle. The result is an intense and complex wine that reveals the soul of the San Paolo di Tufo terroir. The name Didymos, meaning "twin" in Greek, is an intimate tribute to the family, depicted on the label with a stylized amphora, a symbol of life and memory. A deep white, a collector's item and a place for contemplation.
